Job Requirements
- Must be at least 14 years old
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain friendliness and positive customer service
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with a smile and ensure their needs are met while they are dining with us
- Elevate the guest experience to increase brand loyalty and bring guests back again
- Taking accurate food orders or help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Preparing all of McDonald's world famous food
- Partnering with other crew and managers to meet target goals during your shift
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Ensuring items are well stocked
- Other duties as assigned
