Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, which is separate and distinct from McDonald's USA. This franchisee operates under a licensed agreement to use McDonald's logos and food products but independently manages all aspects of employment at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, and employee supervision. As such, anyone employed through this franchisee will be employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee maintains full control over staffing and scheduling decisions, and McDonald's USA is not involved in the employment process including applications, interviews, or hiring decisions.
