This restaurant is part of a McDonald's brand operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. While McDonald's USA provides the brand, logos, and world-famous food products, the restaurant's employment and operational decisions are managed independently by the franchisee. This includes all aspects of hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. As such, the franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters at this location, providing a unique workplace environment where employees can experience McDonald's culture and values at a local level.
