Job Description
This job opportunity is for a Crew Team Member position at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's brand logos and food products but operates as a separate entity from McDonald's USA. This means that while the restaurant carries the McDonald's name and serves its world-famous menu, all employment decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, and overall employee management are handled exclusively by the franchisee.
