Job Description
This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Although the franchisee has licensed McDonald’s logos and food products to run the restaurant, it is a completely separate entity and employer from McDonald’s USA. All employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, supervision, and discipline are managed solely by the franchisee, and McDonald’s USA has no control or involvement in these processes. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation
- basic math skills
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
