Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a globally recognized fast-food chain. These franchisees operate their restaurants under license agreements with McDonald's USA, using the company's branding and food products but function as separate entities responsible for their employees. Working at one of these independently operated McDonald's restaurants means you are employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This distinction is important because the franchisee handles all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, scheduling, and staffing.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends
