This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, trademarks, and food products, but it is an entirely separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your direct employer and responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control or involvement over any employment decisions at this restaurant. Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- willing to work flexible shifts including breakfast lunch late nights and weekends
- ability to work in a team environment
