This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. While closely associated with the globally recognized McDonald’s brand, this franchisee is an entirely separate business entity from McDonald’s USA and serves as the sole employer responsible for all employment-related matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision.
