Job Requirements
- Has a can-do attitude sense of optimism ownership and commitment towards work responsibilities
- provide excellent customer service including communication skills and a friendly attitude
- willingness to learn and grow
- can excel in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- exhibits polite and respectful behavior at all times
- ability to stand for long periods lift items typically 10-30 pounds
- ability to handle money make transactions and provide correct change when necessary
- ability to follow health and safety standards including hygiene practices and proper food handling procedures
- reliability punctuality and a strong work ethic
- ability to be cross-trained in multiple departments and multitask
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- if under 18 must provide valid work permit

Job Duties
- Contribute to a safe and respectful workplace
- customer service by greeting customers in a friendly manner
- prepare and present food items following McDonald’s procedures and standards
- maintain safety compliance to prevent accidents
- perform cleaning and sanitization of work and customer areas
- demonstrate teamwork by assisting coworkers
- follow the company’s appearance policy
- adapt to different workstations and changes
- upsell and promote menu items and use of McDonald's app
- keep the restaurant well stocked
