This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, one of the most iconic and recognized fast-food brands worldwide. McDonald's franchisees operate under a licensing agreement, allowing the use of the McDonald's logos and food products while maintaining full control over their business operations, including employment.
