This job opportunity is within a McDonald's restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, distinct and separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's branding and food products but independently manages all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, staff supervision, scheduling, and discipline.
