Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee operating a McDonald's restaurant, distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's brand, logos, and food products but functions as a separate business entity and employer. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision are managed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
