The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but functions as a separate company with independent control over all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and supervision. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Outstanding attitude and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to the job
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
