Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain a food handler certificate valid in the state of Texas
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Pass a background check including criminal, employment, education, and credit reporting where permitted by law
  • Have a humble and hospitable demeanor
  • Passion for helping and serving others
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to follow all safety and cleanliness procedures at the restaurant

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
  • Have a side of smile by helping customers order their favorite menu items and making recommendations
  • Focus on the food by preparing and presenting delicious meals following all food safety policies
  • Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and clean environment including wearing a clean uniform and following cleaning procedures
  • Understand that teamwork is key by working collaboratively with team members to meet goals while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace
  • Be present by arriving on time and clocking in for all shifts to guarantee excellent customer service
