Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler certificate valid in the state of Texas
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Pass a background check including criminal, employment, education, and credit reporting where permitted by law
- Have a humble and hospitable demeanor
- Passion for helping and serving others

- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to follow all safety and cleanliness procedures at the restaurant

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
- Have a side of smile by helping customers order their favorite menu items and making recommendations
- Focus on the food by preparing and presenting delicious meals following all food safety policies
- Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and clean environment including wearing a clean uniform and following cleaning procedures
- Understand that teamwork is key by working collaboratively with team members to meet goals while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace
- Be present by arriving on time and clocking in for all shifts to guarantee excellent customer service
