This job position is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise. While this franchisee operates with a license to use McDonald’s logos, brand, and food products, it is an entirely separate entity from McDonald’s USA. This means that the franchisee handles all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, scheduling, supervision, and staffing. McDonald’s USA does not control any employment matters at this restaurant and will not receive or be involved with employment applications or decisions. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends
- ability to stand for long periods
