This position is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer. This means that any employment matters—including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are handled solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
