This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike corporate McDonald's locations, this establishment is managed by a separate franchisee that holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates autonomously from McDonald's USA. As such, all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staffing, are exclusively handled by the franchisee. Candidates selected for this role will be employed by the franchisee rather than McDonald's USA, and McDonald's USA is not involved in any employment processes related to this position.
