This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee owner of a McDonald’s restaurant, operating under a licensed agreement to use McDonald’s iconic logos, food products, and brand identity. Although the restaurant is affiliated with the globally recognized McDonald’s brand, it is independently owned and managed by a franchisee which handles all employment matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and staff supervision. McDonald’s USA itself does not control or participate in employment decisions for this restaurant. Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- availability to work part-time or full-time shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- willingness to learn and grow
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- basic math skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the work area
- follow all food safety and quality guidelines
