Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is owned and managed independently by a franchisee. Unlike working directly for McDonald's USA, the franchisee is a separate legal entity and the direct employer of all staff at the location. This franchisee has the license to utilize McDonald's internationally recognized logos, trademarks, and food products but handles all employment-related activities autonomously.
