This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald’s trademarks and food products. While the restaurant carries the McDonald’s brand, the franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and independently manages all employment-related matters. This means that any hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling decisions are made solely by the franchisee, without any involvement from McDonald’s USA.
