Job Description
McMarro Family Restaurants is an established independent franchisee owning and operating 30 McDonald’s Restaurants throughout Southern California. With over 30 years in business, McMarro has built a robust presence in the fast-food industry, focusing on expanding its operations and creating meaningful career growth opportunities for its employees. As a separate entity from McDonald’s USA, McMarro operates these restaurants under a licensed agreement to use McDonald’s logos and food products, but all employment matters such as hiring, firing, and scheduling are handled exclusively by McMarro, ensuring a focused approach to employee management and development.

Job Requirements
- Has a can-do attitude, sense of optimism, ownership, and commitment towards work responsibilities
- provide excellent customer service including communication skills and friendly attitude
- willingness to learn and grow
- able to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- exhibits polite and respectful behavior at all times
- ability to stand for long periods and lift items typically 10-30 pounds
- capable of handling money, making transactions, and providing correct change
- ability to follow health and safety standards including hygiene and proper food handling
- reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- able to be cross-trained in multiple departments and multitask
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older to apply

Job Duties
- Contribute to a safe and respectful workplace by practicing respectful communication with co-workers and customers
- greet customers in a friendly manner and follow McDonald’s procedures for customer satisfaction
- prepare and present food items following McDonald’s food safety standards
- maintain safety compliance to prevent accidents
- perform cleaning and sanitization of work areas and customer spaces
- exhibit teamwork by helping co-workers and meeting restaurant goals
- demonstrate dependability by following manager directions and being punctual
- adhere to company appearance policies consistently
- adapt to various workstations and learn quickly
- promote menu items and encourage customer participation in surveys and use of the McDonald app
- maintain stock and inventory for efficient restaurant operations
