This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. As a separate company from McDonald’s USA, the franchisee is fully responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling. This means that if you are hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee and not by McDonald’s USA.
