This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is part of the McDonald’s franchise network but operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns the license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products and is solely responsible for all employment-related matters at this location. This means that the franchisee handles hiring, firing, staff scheduling, supervision, and discipline, not McDonald’s USA. When hired, you will be employed by the franchisee and not by McDonald’s corporate entity.
