This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a global leader in the fast-food industry. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this particular restaurant is managed and staffed independently by a franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald's famous logos, branding, and food products. The franchisee is a separate legal entity and employer, making independent decisions on hiring, firing, staffing, and day-to-day operations without any involvement from McDonald's USA.
