This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, it functions as an independent company responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This distinction means that any employment application submitted is processed solely by the franchisee and McDonald’s USA has no role in the employment decisions. Job Requirements
