This job opportunity is offered at a McDonald's restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This means that while the restaurant uses McDonald's logos and food products under a licensing agreement, all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are handled exclusively by the franchise owner and not McDonald's corporate office. Job Duties
- keep the restaurant clean and looking great
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare and serve McDonald's world-famous food
- make sure the customers have a positive experience from start to finish
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and create a productive work environment
- sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, equipment, work surfaces, windows, walls, tables, and seating
- following food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
