This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, a separate entity and employer distinct from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to utilize McDonald’s logos and food products to run the restaurant but maintains full control over all employment matters, including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to work part-time or full-time shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to adhere to restaurant policies and safety standards
- availability to undergo training programs
