This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise. This franchisee has the license to use McDonald’s branding and food products, operating separately from McDonald’s USA, which means that all employment matters — including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staffing — are managed solely by the franchisee. This makes the franchisee the direct employer of any hired candidates, not McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- availability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
