Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age or older
- Availability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Have a side of smile by helping customers order favorite McDonald’s menu items and making menu recommendations
- Focus on the food by preparing and presenting delicious food
- Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
