This franchise is a separate entity from McDonald's USA although it operates under the McDonald's brand name and utilizes its logos and food products. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and general management of personnel. Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years
