This job opening is for a Crew Team Member position at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. This franchisee is not McDonald’s USA but has a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products when running the restaurant. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work part-time or full-time
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
