This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise located at 5849 N Market Street, Shreveport, LA 71107. Unlike corporate McDonald’s restaurants, this franchise is a separate business entity that licenses the McDonald’s brand, including its logos and food products. The franchisee solely manages all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Availability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service
