This position is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonald\'s restaurant under license from McDonald\'s USA. While the restaurant operates with McDonald\'s brand standards, logos, and food products, the franchisee is a separate legal entity and employer responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
