Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years to work as a Crew Member
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic food preparation skills
- Effective communication skills

- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring satisfaction
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and provide menu recommendations
- Prepare and present delicious food according to quality standards
- Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet goals and foster a positive workplace
- Communicate effectively with customers and anticipate their needs
- Support training and development initiatives to promote continuous learning
