The franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and menu items but functions as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. This means that all staffing, hiring, discipline, supervision, and scheduling decisions for this restaurant are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work part-time or full-time shifts
- Ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to learn and perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
