While this franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, the franchisee operates independently and is responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- no previous experience required
- availability to work part-time or full-time
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of performing various restaurant duties
- willing to comply with all franchisee policies and procedures

- willingness to learn and grow
