This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s brand logos and food products, and manages all employment matters independently. This means that decisions about hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are made solely by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA, which is not involved in the recruitment or employment decisions. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA.
