This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and menu. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee is a separate entity and serves as the sole employer for all employment matters related to the restaurant. This distinction means that any hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling decisions are handled exclusively by the franchisee, not by McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old unless you have a valid school issued work permit for ages 14 or 15
- Willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Excellent communication skills to connect with customers
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a positive and energetic approach to work

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- Offer assistance to those in need of some extra hands
- Check with customers once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied or to see if they need anything else
- Handle any customer concerns
