This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a completely separate company and employer. Candidates hired for this position will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Employment related responsibilities such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are fully managed by the franchisee.
