This franchisee operates as a distinct and separate entity from McDonald’s USA, taking full responsibility for all aspects of staffing, hiring, supervision, employment decisions, and scheduling. While the restaurant proudly serves McDonald’s world-famous meals and upholds the brand’s high standards, the personnel management and workplace policies are handled solely by the franchise owner.
