This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, which is a separate entity from McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates the restaurant under a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but independently manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This means that if hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, not by McDonald's USA. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for your employment experience at this restaurant, including any employment decisions.
