This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the McDonald’s logos, trademarks, and food products to run the restaurant. However, it is essential to understand that the franchisee is a separate company and a distinct employer from McDonald’s USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee and are not influenced or controlled by McDonald’s corporate offices. Job Requirements
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Available to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to the restaurant
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and communication skills
- Able to work in a team environment
