This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, a global fast-food leader renowned for its burgers, fries, and world-famous menu items. Unlike corporate-owned stores, this restaurant is managed by a separate company licensed to use McDonald’s branding, logos, and food products. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights and weekends
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- ability to follow instructions and work well with others
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- customer service experience is a plus
- willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Job Duties
