This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. Unlike McDonald’s USA, the franchisee is an entirely separate company that holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products to operate the restaurant. This means that all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are made by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for employment matters at the restaurant, making this a unique employment experience with an independent business owner affiliated with a world-renowned fast-food brand.
