This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant. Unlike McDonald’s USA, this franchisee is a separate company that owns the license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products, but is solely responsible for all employment decisions and operations at the restaurant. If hired, you will be employed directly by this franchisee rather than McDonald’s USA. The franchisee handles all staffing, hiring, firing, scheduling, supervision, and discipline matters, maintaining full control over its employees.
