This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald s restaurant franchise. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald s logos and food products but operates as a separate entity from McDonald s USA. As such, all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald s USA does not influence employment decisions or have access to application materials.
