This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but manages the restaurant independently, including employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not exert control over these operations and is not involved in employment decisions.
