Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos, food products, and brand identity to serve customers, but it operates as its own company and employer. Unlike corporate McDonald’s locations, all employment-related decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling at this restaurant are managed solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- complete training programs as required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite meals
- prepare McDonald's food items following safety and quality standards
- partner with crew members and managers to meet daily operational goals
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- assist in opening and closing duties as required
