Unlike corporate McDonald’s USA, this franchisee operates as a separate entity and is solely responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, supervision, firing, staffing, and scheduling of employees at their restaurant location. Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- reliable and punctual
- able to stand for long periods
- able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- capable of following instructions accurately
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
