This position is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. While associated with the globally recognized McDonald’s brand, this restaurant is run by a separate entity that handles all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not participate in these processes and is not the employer for this position. The franchisee independently manages the restaurant and employment opportunities.
